Situated in Nainital, a hill station surrounded by the peaks of Kumaon Hills, this cottage is spread across more than 1.25 acres of land. The cottage is fully furnished with carpets and complete with electrical lights, fans, geysers and exhaust fans installed in it. The main cottage covers an area of 4450 sq. ft and is made of 18" cut stone walls and finished with lime mortar. All chaukhats are hand crafted from interiors of Kumaon making it even more stunning. Doors are beautifully handmade of Deodar wood with hand painted glass. The cottage has a beautiful landscaped garden with water body and waterproof lights at steps made of local stones leading to the main cottage. The garden boundary is surrounded by high exotic trees, fruit trees and approaches for the Ghodakhal forest land. High retaining walls are built all along the property, also, protecting the back side of main cottage from soil displacement, forest water and forest fire. It has a complete 24 hours water supply with three underground water tanks of 35,000 water capacity. Huge parking area offering exclusive parking for the main cottage and separate entrance of other units.
Three bedrooms with attached dressing and bathroom, two large living rooms, one dining room with spacious kitchen and attached utility room. The ground floor offers an additional powder room. The third unit structure has two rooms with provision for restrooms and kitchen area.
Advantage of land is it does not fall in L.D.A. area and by-laws and attached behind it is Ghodakhal Forest land where construction activity can never take place in the future.
