UPPER LEVEL – The top level of this marvelous home has a large bathroom with cast iron tub & ceramic shower combo. The sile stone vanity has double sinks with double mirrors above them. At the end of the steps, a medieval style wrought iron cell provides storage for wine and/or other items. After the Wine Cell, an arched entry opens up into a studio apartment with sitting area and gas fireplace. Fiberglass French doors open out to the Charleston brick patio cooled by a ceiling fan. The suite bathroom features a subway tile shower with rimless shower doors. Along with the suite, there is a large unfinished storage area, a single door garage, and a fortified “safe place” which could be used for severe weather events. The lower level is in the 100 year flood plain, but the owner has never seen water get close to the house. The main and upper levels were engineered to be above the flood plain.  



OUTSIDE GROUNDS - This riverfront property consists of 2 lots and has 150 feet +/- of  Tennessee River frontage. There is a Large Deck on the back of the house.
