This ranch, now for sale in Brown County TX, is an excellent piece of property all the way around. There is a beautiful soil/conservation lake that could possibly be made bigger with some work, which provides great fishing/waterfowl hunting, etc. This is also an ideal place for great low fence deer hunting with close proximity to town (see pics). Excellent location, only a few miles from Brownwood, off of Highway 67 and owner may consider conveying some significant mineral interest. This property is an excellent mix of trees/cover for deer and wildlife, cultivated fields, and water, and has great potential for cattle as well. It has not been hunted in many years but a trail camera captured several great whitetail bucks during the past season (see pics).
