A paved courtyard and water feature has been created from the morning room, which is perfect for entertaining and al fresco dining. There are two outhouses, which are perfect for storage or a wood store. There is little orchard with espaliered apples and a pretty Prunus tree which blossoms in the springtime along with a mature fig tree baring fruit.
