The Clinic Barn measures 200x82, built by Walters in 2001, (all commercial specs). Inside you have a 75x80 Indoor Arena excellent footing and leg guards, 18 safe portable stalls with rubber mats and a Hay Storage area 88x82. Gravel floor, drain tiled inside and outside of building. There is a covered porch area from which you can view the Outdoor Arena.



The Outdoor Arena is 180’x200’. Solid three rail wood fence. Four entry gates, two of them large enough for your tractors. Base built to Olympic specifications, fully drain tiled and 3-4 inches of superb sand footing. Outdoor lighting for night riding.



In addition, there are five large outdoor shelters, a equipment pole building 100’x40’ with electric and 210 service. A 1981 Dairy Barn 168’x34’ with an enormous loft. Plenty of parking and room to turn around with those big rigs. All underground utility lines with 400 amp service. Approximately 20 acres of fertile pasture. Additional acreage possible.
