Secluded â located at the end of a dirt road cul-de-sac far away from any major highways, very quiet and peaceful. Approximately 25 acres in planted pines.
Approx. 34 Acres in Pasture. Remainder in old growth oak hammocks. No conservation easements from Water management district or the State of FL. Larger
waterfront tracts of this nature without those are increasingly difficult to find. The river is more wide and deep at this property than other areas
further up river. There are some beautiful views up and down the Suwannee in this area!
The river frontage on this parcel is unique in that it has a higher bank and also a âswaleâ type ground attribute once you get closer towards the water.

a PVC water line ran all the way to the South end of the property close to the river from the well and pump at the home site. The majority of the pine
trees are small enough that acreage could be converted back to grass without substantial costs or efforts to the next owner if they were interested in more

Serene and pretty home site currently at the North end of the property houses an older MH with all utilities and services already in place. MH and site is
