My land size is 21280 msq (5.32 acres) it has 2 houses on it... Located in Rossmore, They are set within the south west growth centre and near M5/M7. I have done a complete renovation for both houses inside out including the roof-new tiles floors, lights, paint, new polyurethane kitchen, new vanity and toilet, new blinds, new mirror till ceiling closets, new sandstone tiles/decking, new two pergolas. Due to re-zoning I want to sell and move up north as I am interested in acreage lifestyle. Leppington is our neighbour suburb just re-zone last year and land was selling $1000 per 1 msq. on auction it went up to $1300 per msq. There is huge potential, you can do your own research. Furthermore, there is a proposed rail way which will be going near my property hence (80-90%) by looks of things will be re-zone with business/shopping and accommodation on top... if station is fasting the other way it might be re-zone residential either way in Australia normally both sides of train station are businesses. I want to put it on China market as expression of interest as I want to move up north. In Australia market I will put it once bringelly rd finishes in about 6 months or so we are located 1.3km from Bringelly Rd and about 5km from Leppington. My interest was to do agriculture but due to re-zone I am looking else where. Furthermore, my land is zoned for multiple dwelling hence you can build more houses.
