Rolling Oaks Estates, is located within the City limits of Santa Rosa in Sonoma County. Sonoma County, is the Gateway to the Wine Country. Santa Rosa is located ONE HOUR from San Francisco, across the Golden Gate Bridge.


Rolling Oaks is a private gated community of 17 homes. We have lived here since January 2002. The automatic gate closes at dusk and opens automatically in the morning. Rolling Oaks IS very safe. We have NEVER had any kind of burglaries, break-ins or any kind of theft. IT IS VERY SAFE. Rolling Oaks Home Owners Association, HOA, requires every home owner, to pay a Monthly dues of $225. This covers the maintenance of the Gate, Rolling Oaks Road and maintaining our private well. Twice a year, you will be billed for water usage. The cost is very reasonable, as compared to the City Water, from Santa Rosa Water Utilities Districts.


3700 Rolling Oaks is the newest built house in the Rolling Oaks Community of 17 homes and, in our opinion, we have the best views of the Valley. Some of the graduating Seniors from this high school, were accepted at West Point, U.S. Naval Academy and the Air Force Academy. There are several other high schools, in Santa Rosa, who offer high academics as well. Santa Rosa is blessed to have several high academic high schools. About 10 Miles South of Santa Rosa, there is Sonoma State University. A California University, with an excellent reputation.


My wife and I know, relocating to California, from China, there is a question of getting a permanent residency. We also know, it may take time to get this information from Immigration. Perhaps, we can help in this matter. I have a very good friend, who worked in a high position, at the State Department, in Washington DC. I also have a good friend of mine, who retired from the Immigration Service. I cannot promise you, but what I can promise, I will speak to my friends and ask them what is the best way to expedite a permanent residency application. We can guide you in the right direction. 3700 Rolling Oaks is a 2 story home, approximately 3700 SF, with a 3 car garage. As you enter, in a Grand Entrance Foyer, with a beautiful crystal chandelier. The 24 foot Cathedral Ceilings are magnificent, in the living room. 2 Master Suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, with a walk-in closet and a luxurious master bathtub with water jets. Adjacent to the bathtub, is a walk-in shower. Also, the master bath downstairs has 2 sinks.

In front of the house, we have a beautiful Fountain and a large custom lawn with sprinkler system, surrounded by vinyl fencing. As you enter our property, you will see a vinyl fence on your right, along with a small shed to hold garbage, that we call: "Casa de Garbage." The whole surrounding lawn, is enclosed of vinyl fencing. We have 2 sheds for storage near the LPG tank, that is enclosed. Also, we have a large storage shed, near the side of the house, for what ever purpose you may desire. You can also raise chickens. We have a chicken coop. We use to raise chickens as pets, that provided us with wonderful tasting fresh eggs. We also have 3 decks. The main deck is off the living room and off the master bedroom downstairs, that has a patio door that opens to the deck. All the decks are constructed of vinyl fencing. It is a beautiful, serene property, we spent almost 14 happy years living in a country paradise. We are retired and wish to move to a mobile park. We know, you will love it here as well...
